The career academy built for ambitious women
You were taught to work hard.
Now learn how to move smart.
Created for ambitious women, with women of colour and daughters of immigrants at the heart of the experience.
Welcome to Corporate Girls Academy
The practical corporate education you were never given.
Corporate Girls Academy is an online learning and community space for women who want to grow in corporate with more clarity, confidence and intention.
Inside, we take the situations that make work feel complicated – difficult conversations, vague feedback, visibility, boundaries, company culture, office politics, leadership, influence and promotion readiness – and turn them into practical skills you can actually use.
This is not about performing confidence or copying someone else’s personality. It is about understanding the game, knowing your value and choosing how you want to move.
- Clear video workshops that explain the skill and the corporate context behind it.
- Scripts and phrases for the moments when you know what you mean but cannot find the words.
- Workbooks, reflection questions and action plans that help you practise immediately.
- A private community where women can ask honest questions and learn without judgement.
Learning designed for real working lives
This is not content you save and forget.
Every workshop is designed to help you understand the situation, recognise your usual reaction and practise a stronger response. You leave knowing what to do next – not simply feeling inspired for twenty minutes.
Practical video workshops
Warm, straight-talking lessons that explain both the skill and the workplace reality behind it. Follow them on demand and return whenever you need a refresher before a meeting or conversation.
Scripts for difficult moments
You will receive language for boundaries, interruptions, feedback, visibility, stakeholder conversations and the moments when your mind suddenly goes blank.
Workbooks and action plans
Reflection questions, exercises, checklists and personal plans help you turn insight into a behaviour you can practise at work.
A private women-only community
Ask the questions you cannot comfortably ask at work, share your wins and learn alongside women who understand that corporate growth is not always a straight line.
A career space where your full story is understood
Your ambition does not need an explanation here.
Corporate Girls Academy welcomes ambitious women from every background. And it is intentionally built with the experiences of women of colour and daughters of immigrants at the heart of the conversation – not added later as a footnote.
We understand what it can mean to be the first in your family to navigate corporate life. To balance humility with visibility. To respect authority while learning to challenge decisions. To carry the pressure of representing more than yourself. To wonder whether the feedback is really about your work, your style, your identity or all three.
Here, we can name those realities without allowing them to define the limits of your career. We learn the strategy, protect our values and keep moving.
You should not have to choose between belonging and becoming powerful.

How to Handle Disrespect Without Losing Control
Disrespect at work can happen quickly. Someone interrupts you, dismisses your idea, makes a joke at your expense or speaks to you in a way they would never speak to someone else. In that moment, your body reacts before your strategy arrives.
This workshop helps you slow the moment down, recognise what is happening and respond with calm authority. You will learn how to protect your dignity without exploding, apologising or pretending it did not bother you.
- Know what to say in the moment, even when you feel caught off guard.
- Use calm, direct language to set a clear boundary.
- Respond to repeated behaviour without getting pulled into an emotional battle.
- Document patterns and decide when escalation is appropriate.
- Create your personal Respect & Power Communication Plan.
